On Jan. 19, 2023 The Board of Regents of the °ÅÀÖÊÓƵ dismissed Ting Guo from the faculty of °ÅÀÖÊÓƵ. The regents made their decision at the request of °ÅÀÖÊÓƵ Chancellor Gary S. May and on the recommendation of UC President Michael Drake, in accordance with university policy.
